Choose the data file type that best covers your needs:

• Postal Code Files
  Postal code and postal city/locality is the base information in these files. The files in this group are available in various text formats, and Excel formats*
• Address Files
  Also includes information about street. These files are available in various text file formats but not in Excel format *

* Older versions of Excel can only open files that contain less than about 65 000 lines. In newer versions of Excel in Microsoft Office and Open Office counterpart can sheet with about 1 million rows be handled. They also have functions to open and import the text file formats.
